Hi
I'm Kai

I build ventures, products, and marketplaces.

Founder and (technical) product person based in Munich.

About me

I am a founder building products at the intersection of technology, design, and business. I grew up in Stuttgart and got into software early because I was drawn to digital products, not just code.

That led me to study mobile media at HdM, where I learned how to combine software, design and user experience into coherent products.

Since then, I have moved steadily closer to venture building: shipping products myself, working across design and engineering, and learning how strong companies are shaped through positioning, iteration, and execution.

I currently co-found Skivive, a curated marketplace for pre-owned ski and snowboard equipment, where I work hands-on across product strategy, marketplace thinking, brand, UX, and technical execution to build a trusted platform for Europe’s winter sports community.

Before that, I co-founded REICHARDT, a digital-infused fashion brand, and worked on products and client projects in the startup scene. Those experiences taught me the value of connecting vision, product taste, and execution speed.

Alongside that, I am currently finishing my master's degree in Management and Digital Technologies (MMT) at LMU in Munich, an interdisciplinary program focused on digital transformation, digital ventures, and the intersection of business and technology.

REICHARDT

At REICHARDT, I helped build a digital-infused fashion brand as co-founder and CTO. The venture pushed me to connect technology, brand, and product experience in a category where execution and differentiation had to work together.

FairPlanAI

FairPlanAI is an AI-powered trade fair intelligence product developed with Messe Munchen. It shows how I like to work on applied software: identify a real operational problem, turn it into a clear product, and use data and AI where they create practical leverage.

CollabNow

CollabNow was an early product launch focused on student collaboration. We built the app to make it easier for students to find collaborators, projects, and opportunities, which taught me a lot about community-driven products and adoption dynamics.

Take mine

Take mine was a mobility concept built around shared access instead of ownership. It was a strong exercise in shaping a user problem, prototyping the experience, and translating an abstract idea into a believable product concept.
